marketed, the developer will be paid a certain percentage of the sale
price for each sale based on a written agreement, if the developer
devotes his/her own time for the purpose. Alternatively, if S & M
decides to develop an appropriate software with the developer, it  might
pay for your time needed upon an agreement.

In any case, the sole proprietor Dr. Asoke K. Bhattacharyya will be
actively working with the prospective person to do a market research
for the need of such a software and to see through the product
development if  deemed appropriate and agreed upon by both sides.
