Simulation and Modeling ($&m), based in Willowbrook, IL , 22 miles SW of Sears' Tower in Chicago downtown, is a registered IL small
business company and a registered Federal Contractor. It is fully dedicated to quality R & D and client-based services in Information
Technology and Computer Science.

The mission of $&m is to get seriously involved to help solve the Nation's burning information technology problems to the best of its ability
.$&m firmly believes that it is possible to accomplish anything by hard work, honesty, and dedication. Our vision includes quality research,
development and services in IT and related issues including theoretical modeling.. In particular, OO Analysis, Design and Implementation
of Systems, OO Software Development in C++, C-Sharp and Java, Data Modeling and Analysis, .NET Development, Modeling and
Simulation. It also offers short courses on various CS and IT topics to Industries and research labs, provide training programs for
Industries, work with book companies in reviewing book proposals and book manuscript to publish right IT books for teaching, help
prepare proposals for small businesses and even get small businesses started..

We officially started in July 2004. We are a registered business with an Illinois license and is a registered Federal Contractor. How we got
started is interesting. So far a large part of the Sole Proprietor's time was devoted to teaching CS and IT and rest of the time in doing
contracts including ones in summers. We did contracts for NSF, NSA , Air Force( Philips Lab, Kirtland AFB), Army (White Sands Missile
Range) and Rockwell FirstPoint Contact. The Sole proprietor strongly felt that he should get involved in something so that he does not have
to have a regular boss and eventually make his own services and products available to others. This motivation prompted this business to
be up and running.

Being in Chicago land, it has access to numerous competent faculty, grad and undergrad students in many elite universities in and around
Chicago. The major competitive advantages of this company is that it is extremely client- friendly and its operating costs are pretty low in
